At Ascend Empowerment Group LLC, we are committed to delivering high quality consulting, coaching, and digital services. Because our work involves professional time, expertise, and access to proprietary material, our refund policy is designed to protect both our clients and our business.

Consultations and Strategy Sessions

All consultations, strategy sessions, business audits, and coaching sessions are non refundable once booked.

When you schedule an appointment, we reserve that time exclusively for you. This ensures dedicated focus and preparation for your session. If you are unable to attend, you may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment at no additional charge. Same day cancellations or no shows are not eligible for refunds.

Month Long Coaching or Advisory Programs

Payments made for multi session programs or month long coaching packages are non refundable.

If you need to pause your program due to an emergency, we may allow a one time rescheduling of remaining sessions at the discretion of Ascend Empowerment Group LLC.

Digital Products and Downloads

All digital products, templates, PDFs, guides, or online materials are non refundable.

Because digital items are delivered instantly, we cannot revoke access once purchased.

Please review product descriptions carefully before purchase.

Courses and Webinars

Payments for online courses, webinars, or training events are non refundable once access has been granted or the event has started.

If you purchased a course but have not accessed any modules, you may request a transfer to another program within 3 days of purchase, subject to approval.

Service Dissatisfaction

Our goal is to provide high value, professional guidance. If you believe a service did not meet reasonable expectations, please contact us directly. While refunds are not provided, we will review your concerns and determine whether additional support or clarification is appropriate.

Business to Business Consulting

All B2B or corporate consulting agreements follow the terms outlined in the signed service agreement. These agreements supersede the general refund policy.
